Welcome Since 1983 we have provided comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to the Capital Region.  Our practice is comprised of three doctors and four nurse practioners.  We provide a full range of gynecologic services, from annual check-ups and routine Pap smears to procedures performed in our office or surgeries in the hospital.  We evaluate and treat women with abnormal pap smears, sexually transmitted infections, pelvic pain, fibroids, abnormal bleeding and menopause.  We provide contraceptive counseling, including insertion of IUD's.  Our practice also performs on site ultrasound. For Our Patients Effective 02/17/2023, masks will now be optional in our office.  In accordance with current New York State and CDC guidelines based on Community Transmission levels, masks will no longer be required in our public spaces.  We will monitor our Transmission levels and adjust our masking policy accordingly. Practice Updates 1) Effective January 30, 2023, Dhaval Swaminaryan, MD will no longer be part of our practice.  We wish him luck on his future endeavors. 2) Ellen Gallagher, NP,  will be leaving the practice on 03/02/2023 due to medical reasons.    3) We would like to extend a big WELCOME BACK to Robyn Rutkiewicz, NP,  she will be returning to our office on March 6, 2023.          Appointments with Robyn are able to be booked now.   4) We would like to extend a BIG WELCOME to Kathy Prairie, NP she started with our practice on 08/21/2023.   Address W.
